So I think I irrevocably have fucked up my sleep schedule.
It doesn't matter how much I sleep, exercise, etc. I just can't sleep.
I may never sleep again.

  1. Sometimes I felt like I forgot how to sleep. Which would set off this insane shame spiral, "why can't you sleep you maniac".
    Recently doctor ordered me off caffeine, alch, nicot. for at least a week.
    Sounds like a cliche', but after the first couple days of hell,
    Starting to feel, "better". Sleeping better after work, not on the edge of insanity. Calmer.
    If, more aware of things that I was previously distracting myself from by keeping myself on the edge of insanity with stimulants and depressants.
